I'm Rohith. Currently Lead Engineer at TomTom. My work splits across two adjacent disciplines, AI engineering and data engineering. The interesting bits sit at the boundary, where stable data unlocks the agentic systems running on top of it.

  • Custom-trained embeddings (vision-transformer encoders for geospatial feature grids)

Off the clock

Running
long, slow, mostly waterside trails near home
Cycling
commute on weekdays, longer routes when the weather agrees
Swimming
beaches only for now; pools feel like cardio

Plus the obvious: small side projects (some of them under games), reading whatever tab I had open from earlier in the week, and slowly figuring out how to take a decent landscape photo without overediting it.
